Schejuold

Terms

Last updated 7 October 2026

Schejuold is run by Schejuold (ABN 89 136 865 741), a sole trader in Victoria, Australia. Using it means agreeing to what follows. It is written to be read rather than skipped.

What Schejuold does

It keeps your schedule, works out when you are free, and lets other people book that time. Where a booking is paid for, the payment is handled by Stripe and goes to the person being booked — not to us.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.
  • One person or business per account. Do not share a login with someone who should have their own.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
  • Do not use Schejuold for anything illegal, or to send anyone something they did not ask for.

What you may not post

Chat messages, reviews, event cards, profiles and photographs are seen by other people. There is no tolerance for content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, that promotes violence or illegal activity, that impersonates someone, that is spam, or that is somebody else's private information. Anyone can report a message or a review; reports are read by a person within a day, and what breaks this rule is removed. A host can block a guest from an event. An account or a guest that posts this kind of content is removed from the service, without notice where the content warrants it.

Events and guests

Answering an invitation, writing in an event chat or putting your name against something on a chip-in list does not need an account, and doing it means agreeing to these terms all the same. The host decides who is invited, what is shown to whom, and can remove anything posted. A host is responsible for what they put on an event card, including photographs.

Bookings are between you and the other person

Schejuold provides the software that arranges a booking. It is not a party to it. Whether the appointment happens, what is delivered, what it costs, and what happens if either side cancels are matters between the two people involved. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the business being booked, and shown at the time of booking.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe, under Stripe's own terms, and land in the account of the business being booked. Card details never pass through this app. We take no cut of it. Refunds are issued by the business, not by us.

The business plan

The business plan starts on 1 November 2026. Until then nothing is charged and every business page takes bookings. After that, personal accounts are still free, and a business account takes bookings and orders while it has the business plan: A$15 a month (or A$150 a year), billed by Stripe on the website, after a 30-day free trial — 60 days if you joined through another business's link. One trial per account. It renews until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Billing; it then runs to the end of the period already paid and is not refunded for the part unused, except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise. If a payment fails and Stripe cannot collect it, your booking page pauses: nothing is deleted, and it reopens when the plan is paid. Businesses that joined before the plan existed stay free. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you.

Paid extras for businesses

A business can buy Your brand — its pages without our name on them, and its booking page on a domain of its own — for a single payment, shown before you pay, on the website. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel. A business can also ask for its balance to be paid out early; the fee for that is shown before you confirm and is taken from that payout only. Neither is refundable once delivered, except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise.

What you upload

What you put into Schejuold stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it only as far as running the service requires — showing your schedule to you, showing your public page to whoever you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photographs and timetables belonging to someone else.

Availability, and honesty about it

The service is provided as it is. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or free of faults, and it depends on other services — hosting, database, payments, email — that can fail independently of us. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. A missed appointment caused by a fault here is, in the end, still a missed appointment, and our liability for it is limited to what the law allows us to limit it to.

The app from Google Play or the App Store

The app is this service in a wrapper, and these terms apply inside it exactly as on the web. Google and Apple are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the service; their own store terms apply to the download.

Ending it

You can stop using Schejuold and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used for something illegal, abusive, or that puts the service at risk — and will say why where we reasonably can. Bookings already taken and paid for are not undone by an account being closed.

Changes

These terms may change as the product does. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if you do not, the remedy is to stop using it and delete your account.

Governing law

The laws of Victoria, Australia apply, and its courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement. In particular, nothing in these terms excludes or limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of what any agreement says.

Getting in touch, and complaining

hello@schejuold.online reaches a person. If something has gone wrong, tell us here instead — it gives you a reference and puts a date on the reply, and says where to take it if our answer does not settle the matter.
